    1. Title: What you see on the moondial, sky, and sieges are not consistent.
    2. Reproduction Rate: Unknown
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Looks like something is up with the moondials....another player and I have been studying them and testing moons and sieges. We've seen a few inconsistencies where moondial shows specific moons intersecting with virtues, yet the towns that have those devotionals don't have sieges whereas others do. Also a town siege had Nefas and Indigno in it, but their moons weren't in the sector of a constellation (devotional) that the town had.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Walk around in the overworld and find sieges. Brittany area is good because you have a plethora of POTs with different devotionals. Explore the sieges while looking at what the moondial and the heavens tell you. You'll see various things off...yet, it's supposed to be "predictable"

It looks like the cosntellations ont he moondial are reverse of what they actually are in the sky (or possible "upside down")

So, I have some more information. Remember with sieges - you only get one per PoT. So if you see a planet that is nearing the end (or even middle) of one constellation there is a greater chance that someone else got to that siege before you.
Testing it further, it seems to be working as designed. The key is knowing whether someone else cleared the siege, which I know is not easy from a single Avatar's standpoint. As always, we're always open to more feedback and evidence of errors on that.

In terms of the constellations on the moondials not matching up with what is in the sky it will entirely depend on how the person placed it rotated it. If you see the crook to the east in the sky, for example, and the crook points to the west on the dial itself that can be fixed by rotating it. Just like you can with any deco. Once aligned, it will rotate the same way it does with the sky.

It also seems to be working correctly on the cabalist perspective. A constellation with multiple planets aligned seem to have the right number and correct type of cabalist.

To clarify: these aren't really designed to "align" with the actual sky. The moondial's ecliptic plane is parallel to the ground while the ecliptic plane of the scenes may vary. They should be considered a tool which allows you to see where things are in the sky relative to one another.
