There are no moons that show in the sky when you are in Southern Grundvald Barrens, which is a shame since you can get a great view of the sky next to dragon

Steps to Reproduce:
* When in Novia, go outside of Southern Grundvald Barrens, take note of the position of any moons in the sky
* Enter Southern Grundvald Barrens
* See that there are no moons in the sky

not seeing any planets on vale overworld or stinging tree hollow, though astrolabe works. @discipleofweb reported the red planet visible in vauban pass, though
