    Title: Multishot broken - makes combat bar stuck - cannot interact with objects or change gear

    Details: Somehow I got my combat hotbar permanently stuck in place and could not get it to go away. Entering and exiting combat functioned - but the hotbar would not go away - I could also not remove gear or use the teleport boat to go back to shore from this spot. /debug was showing a lot of log spew:
    Steps to Reproduce: * UPDATED* using multishot causes this:
    Unknown - but I opened my R67 reward bundle, equipped each of the items - and was browsing the crown store - tried to buy the Ornate DJ player and reported that bug - then noticed I was stuck in combat mode - couildn't change gear or anything.
