[Known] New Dye issue as of this update

I came on-line to see my character who is not as cute as I normally dress her. She normally has all white sparkling white dye, today her dye has turned to a dingy white and dingy gray with NO sparkles even though it says it's sparkling white dye. Can we please repair this. Even before the gray in this photo was sparkling gray and not white... I was going to wait till the update to mention it when this whole new dye issue occurred. I would really love to have my white sparkling dye actually ALL be white and sparkling please. Thank you very much.

As you can see hun It's sparkling white and sparkling gray... the game has no gray though.... is displaying the sparkling white as sparkling gray

This was occurring prior to the update but I thought I would wait to see if the update would fix it... it didn't.
