[Known] New night vision eat FPS like it's starving

Details: without night vision, I can get 50 FPS here. with night vision i can get 13 FPS. But, only if i stand still. It also seems to cause some lag (whole view pauses for 250ms or so) every second or so.
Steps to Reproduce: use night vision.
User Specs:
OS: Mac OS X 10.13.1
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6920HQ CPU @ 2.90GHz (8) System RAM: 16384
GPU: AMD Radeon Pro 460 OpenGL Engine GPU RAM: 4096

Are you still seeing this issue after restarting your machine?
I cannot repro at this location but if this is a Mac related bug, we will need to complete additional testing.

Is anyone else seeing this on any operating system?

 

The FPS still drops. But, the lag/stutter seems to be gone.

 

To about 13 FPS? So roughly the same FPS behavior as before?

I see why I am not seeing this...looks like we have fixed this on dev VERY recently.
I had Friday off so that's why I didn't know. But good news is we got a fix on the way for you
