[Known]New POT Items Not In Bank

    1. Title: Have new POT but no POT Items in Bank
    2. Reproduction Rate:100%
    3. Blocker? Yes, since I can't build my POT.
    4. Details: There are no lot markers in any of my bank accounts. No NPC or NPC building selection either. I've claimed rewards, logged out and back in, placed other object in my POT but am stuck with no lot markers.
    5. Steps to Reproduce:N/A
    6. User Specs N/A, never had any problem of any kind with SotA and my system before.

    Hello @Bayard2 and thank you for reporting!

    Based on our logs, your POT was purchased from a third party and transferred to your account on 11/29/2016. The rewards that come with POTs do not carry over to new owners. It is up to the new owner to communicate with the previous owner to claim and trade POT items such as markers, NPCs, houses, etc.

    If you have additional questions or concerns, please reach out to support@portalarium.com (I see you may have already). The relevant support ticket# for when your transfer occurred is 97359.
