    1. Title:New You Salon - Can't See Options Before Buying
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: I really liked this hairstyle some of the new viking NPCs have, but I could not verify that the style was available until after buying and spending 5 COTOs at the New You Salon; this was the only reason I bought those COTOs. After paying, I found the style was not available and am out 5 COTOs even though I didn't alter anything on my character. I understand this game is in early alpha, but I would appreciate a refund if possible, since there was no way for me to know that it wouldn't be available.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Go to the New You Salon with 5 COTOs.
    6. User Specs:
    • OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    • CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor (8) System RAM: 8173
    • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 GPU RAM: 2017
    • SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.656.Date.09.01.17
    • Area: Novia_R3_City_Brittany
    • Area Display Name: Central Brittany
    • Loc: (362.0, 46.0, 199.9)

The root cause is that you pay upon Entry instead of paying upon Exit.

If you keep that model then such support cases will increase with the player base which isn't what you want.

If instead one could access the new you/mirror without paying, play around a bit, then IF and ONLY IF you want to "save" the changes when done - then you pay.
That would remove the root cause.

Yes, exactly what @Spoon is saying is the reason I created this bug. This is a UX issue. I'm happy to take a secondary action for my secondary concern of reimbursement, but that's... secondary! :)
