    Title: No way to get to Ankh
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: If you die at the location below, or any area accessible from there by a ghost, there appears to be no access to an Ankh.
    Steps to Reproduce: Die in a suitable location, search for Ankh.
