[Known] Non-blank signs no longer display programmed text

    Details: Non-blank store-bought signs no longer allow the user to add custom text. Blank signs still work. If this was by design, it's a poor one. Many of these signs were purchased so passerby could see the sigil for a clue (weapon, magic, etc), then mouse-over the sign to make sure they were in the right place.
    Steps to Reproduce: Mouse over a sign - no text. Double click on owned sign - no popup.

    It is all signs that cannot be edited from me trying to use them.

    Also note that gravestone, Tombstone and head stone do not work anymore either

    Bug #: 58655 created for both threads. Signs, gravestones, tomb and headstones. I'm not aware of any intentional changes with this.
