[Known]Non-combat Glyphs show same numbers as combat glyphs

    Details: If you enable the option to show the combat bar out of combat (new option in the game options) then while out of combat both bars show the same hotkey numbers. Once in combat all is fine and the non-combat bar gets the shift keys.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4) System RAM: 24517
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 GPU RAM: 1990
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.474.Date.03.22.17
    Area: OwlsHead
    Area Display Name: Owl's Head
    Loc: (103.4, 64.0, -189.0)

    Details:
    The Utility Bar is showing the same ASCII characters under its glyphs as the Combat Bar while
    the both bars are visible in the non-combat mode.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Enable the "Show Utility Hotbar Out Of Combat" and "Show Combat Hotbar Out Of Combat" options from the game options.
    2) Stay in the non-combat mode.
