-Title: North Midmaer Way: Cannot Complete Witch's Quest
-Reproduction Rate: Once so far, in progres.
-Blocker? Yes, for the quest. No, as far as the rest of the game is concerned.
-Details: I have provided Bellis the Witch in North Midmaer Way with the inert reaper pacification solution she asked for. She has told me to come back later for further instructions, after she has further prepared the solution. The active quest is "Return to the Witch". I've gone back to her on numerous occasions over the past hour or so of real-time-- multiple day/night cycles in game. She is still asking for the inert solution. I cannot mix anymore, even though I have the ingredients.

Issue still present in R 578

 

I still can't complete it in build 581QA. Perhaps someone who has not started this quest can try it? My character record may be contaminated as far as the flags for this quest are concerned.
