[Known] notus froze

Notus is apparently bugged, when you try to talk to him thats said "You just try to talk to that NPC, just wait" and that never work...

 

Notus wont do anything anymore. He is the Official right?

Also having the same issue at this part of the truth quest (Gain access to Artifice).

Upon entering Xenos, I traveled to the amphitheatre. The 'Elf Official' (Who I assume is 'Notus') does mention that he need to speak to me, but double clicking or the 'E' key does not open a chat window with him.

I have tried to enter Artifice without this section of the quest completed, and the 'Welcomer' states I must speak with 'Notus' in Xenos. So definitely a quest blocker.

 

Me too. What's funny is I was originally trying to finish the courage quest, but I couldn't go any further due to a bug in Harvest, and now I believe that was fixed, so I guess I'll head back to Harvest to continue with it.

 

same here, both chain are bugged right now. Harvest boat to Estgard bugged, and Notus bugged ... hope that will be both fixed soon to continue !

 

The buged passage von Harvest to Estgard is luckily no Blocker. You can finish that quests in Norgard (just take the Ferry on the pier )
But the Notus Bug block the way to Artifice.

 

Thats true... But well i wish i could complete the totally quest without passing it

 

same here. I also tried in multi and friends mode but Notus will not respond.
