[Known] Obsidian potion of guidance not working with weapon/armor enchantment

    Title: Obsidian potion of guidance not working with weapon/armor enchantment

    Details: I used an obsidian potion of guidance and I noticed it isnt helping the "weapon enchantment" or "armor enchantment" skill level any faster (in the alchemy tree). I have about 1 million crafting exp right now and if I use any masterwork skill it is draining about 16k out of my pool. By contrast my enchant weapon/enchant armor skills are in the low 80s and when I enchant, it is only draining about 4k from my pool. (This is the normal rate I get without the potion.)

    I'm also seeing the same issue when raising armor/weapon enchantment versus my masterworks.
