[Known] Offline mode cloth repair

    1. Title: Offline mode cloth repair makes 2ndary dye change...
    2. Reproduction Rate: unknown(don't want to risk losing another sparkly dye
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: I just tried to repair epic cloth leg armor with original primary black dye and original secondary magical red sparkling dye on a standard tailoring station. After completing the repair (standard repair kit, no COTOs used), the secondary dye was replaced with black.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Like mentioned above
    6. User Specs: i5-3450 CPU@3.10GHz, 7.95 GB RAM, GTX 970, 2560x1440 gsync, fantastic settings.
