    1. Title: Old/Duplicate? Day/Night cycling and application of Moon Worship Broken
    2. Reproduction Rate: unpredictable
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: The Dexterity benefit from Moon Worship appears to be on a full day on/off cycle or some other time instead of on by night and off by day.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Level up Moon Worship to 50, observe dex changing at various unusual times.
