    Title: Ornate Elven Mage Staff - only partial animation

    Details:
    - NOTE: when using "auto attack" you swing the staff with both hands. However....
    - if auto attack is turned off, what you get is what you see below in the second half of the video (it begins with auto-attack "on"):

    Steps to Reproduce:
    - equip an Ornate Elven Mage Staff
    - attack with "auto attack" turned off
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16299
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU RAM: 2016
