[Known] Ornate Iron Wall Light

since latest release, established greenhouse row houses with planter beds below ornate iron wall lights cannot be planted.

if i move the planter bed, the whole vertical area under the wall light is red when trying to place the bed.

if removing the wall light, the bed can then be moved against the wall, as well as planted in again, like it always did before last release.

some of the lights can't be changed at all, i cannot move them to inventory as well, its making over half my production area unusable.
