Title: Ornate Shogun Pavilion 2nd Floor Item placement issues

Details: Cannot place sturdy stools or small writing desk anywhere on 2nd floor, grand piano will place but regular crafted piano will not place, gold crown of obsidian will not place, knight marshall winged helm, shoddy long bow also do not place, these are just a few examples. What will place are frosted glass floor lamps, and carved figures oak cabinet, wardrobe, wizard's inlaid round dining table. NOte that all items listed as not place able place fine on the first floor.
Steps to Reproduce: Try to place these items on the second floor. THis bug is also in R45 but have not had time to report it.

We just finished another pass on this bug but it hasn't gone live yet. Someone did report it in R45. In build 557 this should be fixed. Build 556 is too soon to tell. If it isn't fixed, please let me know and I will gladly re-open.

I tried the piano a bit ago in 559 in QA and that one is not fixed ..If you need me to try all the other items I tried I can but seems not overall fixed.
