[Known] Ornate Tansu Chest is not interactable

    This item no longer acts as a container that can be opened.

    It is described as a decoration in the inventory.

    There were quite a lot of pledge rewards in it...

    It is showing only 5lbs all my clothing pledge rewards were in it and they are all missing, they are not in my bank, so did it eat them or is this restorable?

    I'm sorry for the issues. Please use /bug as described at the top of this page and once we have that information we can look at your chests and see what is going on. Thank you.
    I'd like to include it in the bug reports so we can more effectively get these nipped in the bug as soon as possible :)

    I assume you both have this same exact type of chest?

    Details: The chest is no longer highlighting as a container, when picked up and moved into backpack the weight is 5lbs when it should be more like 50lbs, all items that were in the chest as are gone and not in my bank.

    Researching further, if you pick it up in your inventory you can interactive with it and get the items from it, for the time being, as a workaround.

    Amazing, yes after a reclogging I could access my items from inside my bag Thank you! I'll move them someplace safer for the time being.
