[Known]Over weight when not over weight.

Likely a similar problem to swimming on land in a pot
Reproduce : 100%
Blocker : no I exit to overland.
Details : regardless of how much or little weight I have ... when I attempt to use recall or teleport scrolls, I get a too much weight message.
Steps : attempt to use a scroll in Virtue Oasis.

YA.. I have the same thing going on.. can't recall from THe Fall

 

We are not experiencing this issue internally on latest, 510. We suspect this problem will be fixed with the upcoming patch. If it isn't, please rereport asap.
