[Known] Painting stuck in wall

    Reproduction Rate: unkown. painting was placed properly on wall prior to R42.
    Blocker: yes. can't move painting.
    Details: A painting placed on the 3rd floor wall of my 4-story greenhouse during R41 is now only a frame and cannot be moved. loc: Brittany Wharfs, 405.8, 39.2, 248.4
    Steps to reproduce: unknown. no additional paintings to place.
    User specs: i5 6600k, nvidia 970 gtx, 8gb ram, 850 evo 500gb ssd, Windows 10 Home
