[Known] Path of Truth: Gain Access to Artifice

Title: Unable to talk to lottery official to gain access to Artifice
Reproduction Rate: 100%
Blocker: Yes
Details: Started the Path of Truth today, made it to Xenos via the boat in Etceter, cannot open dialog with the lottery official to continue quest line.
Steps: Try to talk to NPC

I have tried restarting the client, as well as leaving town and coming back. As you can see, the NPC even acknowledges I am there and he needs to speak to me, but no dialog pops up.

This should be fixed in the next patch, original bug # is 46672. I'm sorry for the problems.

Yes, had the same problem and the workaround worked for me.

 

Workaround worked for me as well. I had done a brief search to see if this was a known issue, apparently needed to search harder. Thank you!
