[Known] Perpetual night?

    Details: The sun doesn't seem to be coming up.

    Currently the light cycle and the hour of the day have no correlation to one another, for sure.

    It's not just perpetual night in that scene, something is off with the day/night lighting in scenes as a whole. For example:

    1. At evening full moon when I was on Serenity Isle, the sun appeared to still be shining in the east, then POP - the scene turned dark. Like a light bulb blew out. I was able to capture this in the video below:

    2. Last night I was in Southeast Blackblade and it was perpetual day. Tonight I was in Grumridge and again perpetual day. Here are some video examples:

    a) In this video you can see how bright it is even though the time is listed as *Evening*. Even when it changes to *Midnight*, it is still very bright. Plus, it is listed as having precipitation, but there is no rain:

    b) In this video, you have *Late Night* but the sun reflection on the water, usually seen at DAWN has popped. Additionally, there is no light precipitation:

    c) Finally, here is dawn...but the reflection on the water has already dissipated.

    ---> Day, afternoon, dusk - all are goofed up. Plus the cloud cover never changed. I logged out of the game, rebooted the client and the problem persisted. Which is odd because others in Grumridge did not have the same problem.

    3. In other scenes, the sun sets, it gets dark then POP, it gets light out again.

    4. Sometimes it's dark out and then POP, it's bright.

    5. When the weather changes, the sky gets a weird glow to it. Almost rosy. And the transition is another POP, just a sudden *someone switched on the light* type thing.

    ---> I've noticed all these things since Build 697. There is no rhyme or reason to it.

    I am seeing this with a friend playing on a computer next to me with same hardware specs - on 1 machine, it's "evening" and they have a dark sky - on my machine, also "evening", it's still light out.

    The day/night cycle depends on when you log in, from what I can tell.

    This game is always dark. 30 minutes of night, 10 minutes of dark dawn, 10 minutes of light if you catch it with night vision off, 10 minutes of dark dusk, 30 minutes of night. Maybe there is a bug also that makes it always dark. I switched from nightvision to moonlight enchantment on my armor and squinting.

    I'm seeing similar in various scenes, however it is not perpetual night, but a longer cycle than normal - around 3-4 hours instead of the usual 1 hour.
