When pets ( Bears, Spiders) get low on health they run away, they used to run back to me. Now they just run away forever, even after combat when I summon them to me they run away and keep running until either healed or dead, most of the time they end up dead as they just keep running and training everything they run near.

We are having difficulty observing this internally. They should not have a flee mechanic assigned to them. Where are you observing this issue occurring, specifically, against which monsters?

I was fighting two wolves and my spider as set to aggressive, spider picked a fight with an Obsidian bear, once I killed the wolves, Obsidian bear was at about 50% hp and my spider was almost dead. My spider ran away (pets always do when low on hp) as spider ran, I killed the Obsidian bear and hit Z to exit combat. hit the 9 key to tell spider to stop combat and I hit the 8 key to summon him, as soon as I summoned him he ran off, I hit the 8 key a few more times but he never stopped running. He would summon to me but keep running. He normally would summon to me and stand there.

This happened a few other times when his hp was low.
