[Known]Planting issues as a tenant

1. Title: Can't access planting barrels as a tenant
2. Reproduction Rate: Always
3. Blocker: No (Only for agriculture as a tenant)
4. Details: Before r46 I placed a few planting barrels behind the Inn where I am a tenant (the same lot, outside) and was able to plant, water, harvest properly. After r46 I am not able to access them, I receive a "There was an error while updating the lot." error. The permissions on the lot and on the barrels are set properly (this did not change from before r46). I can place a new planting barrel, but I am not able to plant anything in it. (same error)
5. Steps to Reproduce: In a POT where the player does not have a lot, but have tenant rights in an Inn, place a planting pot, and try to plant anything in it.
6. User Specs: Probably doesn't matter.

I have a handful of screenshot as well, if needed. Will not post them here to not waste the space (unless a developer specifically asks for them).

 

Detail: I get the green highlight, as I should, but can't water or harvest. If I try to plant in an empty barrel, it opens the craft window, but the planting fails with the same error. The barrel can still be moved, permissions can be changed and I can pick the barrel up.
