    Title: Poison Specialty skill not working
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: the specialty isn't being applied
    Steps to Reproduce: use posion skill and lose 100% of poisons
    User Specs:

    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor (6) System RAM: 16330
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 GPU RAM: 2017

    Poisons are used at a 100% use rate, also the benefit is not posted on the skill as you level the specialty
