    Title: Potion of Wolf Speed effect removed when changing scenes.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: Potion of Wolf Speed lasts for 10mins, and has always remained during scene changes.
    Now it does not remain.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 950 @ 3.07GHz (8) System RAM: 12286
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4059
    SotA.EarlyAccess.QA.Win.64.510.Date.06.20.17
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_01a_template/Falling Waters Fortress
    Area Display Name: Falling Waters Fortress
    Loc: (73.0, 38.0, -468.1)
