@Lockey2 I'm not seeing any issues with the Practice Dummy internally. Are you still having issues with it?

 

It is the public ones. They aren't working. You can't target them or use them.

 

@Lockey2, Thanks for the Additional information, @Serafina, I have heard of this happening with the Public Practice Dummies. I though maybe they had changed it when someone reported that a Bear was ignoring the Players and attacking the Practice Dummy in Solace Bridge..

 

I'm finding if:
I place a Practice dummy on a property I am co-owner on, it is not target-able by me or others with non-owner lot access.
I place a Practice dummy on my property, I own, I can target it and others can if they are there when I place it.
I place a Practice dummy on my property, I own, I can target it and others cannot if they are not there when I place it.
Others placing Practice dummy on my property cannot target it, but I can.
