[Known] Pressing equipped deck hotkey causes global cooldown

    Title: Pressing equipped deck hotkey causes global cooldown
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: If I press the hotkey of the deck that I currently have equipped then my avatar "switches" to that deck and I get a global cooldown. Pressing the hotkey of the deck that I already have equipped should do nothing.
    Steps to Reproduce: Equip a deck and then press the hotkey for that deck.
