[Known] Problem combining glyphs 1 and 2 while backing up

    Title: Problem combining glyphs 1 and 2 while backing up.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: I reported this many months ago but I don't think it was ever seen. While I'm backing up, holding the S key, I cannot combine glyphs in slots 1 and 2 (by holding down 1 or 2 and pressing the other key). I have no problem combining slots 1 and 3 or 2 and 3.
    Steps to Reproduce: While backing up using the S key, attempt to combine glyphs in slots 1 and 2 by holding down one of the keys and pressing the other.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.8 Ubuntu 16.10 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15969
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 3072
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.466.Date.02.20.17
