Title: Psilocybin Lair - Boletusporis Regem quest from Gus
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? maybe
    Details:

Gus tells you there is a druid behind this corruption and indicates he will show up after killing the Boletusporis - however no druid spawns. The journal entry for the quest indicates using some kind of poison to kill the Boletusporis - however no poison item was given, and that information was never mentioned in the dialog. Also - typo below (in red) - should be 'updated' not 'update'.

    [7/2/2017 11:28:50 AM] Echondas: corrupting
[7/2/2017 11:28:51 AM] Gus: It's most certainly some sort of corruption, but I know not from where it comes. I don't venture out beyond my garden, anymore. Too many things out there want to harm me. I'm a pacifist, so defending myself is not something I'm well versed. But you! I would be most appreciative if you'd help me discover where this corruption comes from.

    [7/2/2017 11:29:03 AM] Echondas: help
[7/2/2017 11:29:04 AM] I update my journal with Gus' task.
[7/2/2017 11:29:04 AM] Gus: Oh, your help would be epic! The corruption that's spreading in my beloved forest has an origin, but I don't know where it is. You see, I don't venture beyond my garden, anymore. I'm a pacifist and I don't wish to engage with hostile folks like those vigilantes I've heard about. But in any event, yes, I would love it if you'd find this thing and kill it. It is what's known as a Boletusporis Regem.

[7/2/2017 11:29:24 AM] Echondas: Boletusporis Regem
[7/2/2017 11:29:25 AM] Gus: Yes, the Boletusporis Regem. It's basically a giant mushroom that has the sole existence of generating massive amounts of curruptive spores. It's quite nasty. The worst part is, there's always a corrupted druid that is behind such a thing. It's vile magic. So beware, should you kill the Boletusporis Regem, the corrupted druid is not far behind.

Thanks for the feedback! I just checked in fixes for the journal entry and checked to make sure the proper flags are called for spawning in the Anti-druid (need to be on Gus' quest). Next patch should square this away.

Not sure if that patch has arrived yet but I am able to spawn the Anti-Druid by the Worship Tree but the Boletusporis Regem does not spawn.

The mushroom spawns in the psylocybin lair- the anti-Druid shows up at both spots.
