    Title: Quentin's final report.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: I found quentin after talking to Rhoswen and am unable to turn in report to her or Kinsey.

    After I talked to the scout to the left of the smaller bridge. You go over the bridge if you continue on past the bridge after a short distance you will see splatters of blood on the ground. Follow the blood trail to his body. The report is on the ground under his hand. Pick that up.

    Thank you. I have overkooked the Report on the Ground.

    I take the Report and went back to Rhoswen. With the click on the word "Quentin" in the Dialog i have no success.

    But with typing "Final Report" in the Dialog Box i have solved the Quest !

    Not working for me tried both Captain and Rhoswen.... nothing on both works.. I tried "Quentin's Final Report" "Final Report" and "report" nothing works

    I had to have Quentin's final report in my inventory in order for Rhoswen to talk to me about it. Since it did not jump into my backpack upon looting the body, I had to drag it in with my mouse. Then, when I went back to Rhoswen, I was able to say "final report" to her and give her the report itself in the NPC trade window.
