Title: rain out of clear sky
Reproduction Rate: 100% if the weather before the rain was clear

Details: when weather changes to rain, it doesn't come with clouds unless they were already there

Interesting. Are you seeing this all the time in all of the scenes? It's not tied to a specific area?

i have seen it just yesterday in stinging tree hollow (pot) and twins foothills (adventure). honestly, it's often enough that i've kinda gotten used to it and was surprised after checking last night that no one else had reported it. @Wintermute of CoF, is this something linux specific?

 

Can't say I've noticed, I will pay attention next time it starts raining.

 

i just loaded into brit estates and it's raining with no clouds upon load, so it's not a matter of it CHANGING incorrectly. it can start out that way.

 

Funnily enough I just checked the forums while I was waiting to load into Brittany Estates:
