[Known] Rain with no rain !

    Sorry didn't do a bug report but in both Wyrmsands and Kahli last night had the sound of rain but no rain showing graphically.

    Actually in Wyrmsands the rain appeared near the main entrance but everywhere else it was absent.

    Am using Windows 10 and graphics drivers are up to date.

    Same in Ulfheim. But the rain showed when I entered the scene, then disappeared.

    No rain in Ordinis Mortis also.
