[Known] Recipe Staff: System message inconsistent with mouseover

Recipe Staff: System message inconsistent with mouseover

Details: My capentry skill is 10 and I have "Recipe Staff" in my inventory. The mouseover tooltip for that recipe says "Requires Level 30 Capentry". If i still try to learn it by double clicking the recipe in my inventory, ofc. i can not and i get a system message in my chat window telling me so.
But the message text itself is wrong, it says: "Level 10 Capentry is required to learn this recipe."
I bet it was a freudian slip and the dev writing this had someting like "You have only level <current skill level> Capentry and can't lern the recipe." in mind when he decided to rephrase it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a character with Capentry Skill below 30.
2. Get the "Recipe: Staff" item into your inventory (e.g. buy it from the Carpenter in Owl's Head)
3. Move the mouse over the recipe's inventory entry, read tooltip.
4. Double click the recipe's inventory entry, read system message in chat window.

User Specs: PC, Win 7, 64bit, game version 50, subscribed user
