[Known] Resolute - Bank - NPC's constantly go downstairs every time door is opened

    Title: Resolute - Bank - NPC's constantly go downstairs every time door is opened

    Details: Every single time the door to the Bank is opened, Sean Campbell (Decorations Merchant) and Lucas Gordon (Estate Agent) will run downstairs to the door. This is normal AI for most shop NPC's, but I don't believe this behavior is supposed to be set for these 2 merchants? Also with this such a high traffic area it can become quite cluttered with them constantly going downstairs every time the door is opened, because it is opened a lot.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to Resolute Bank.
