Title: Rhun ruins - descending this ladder makes you drop through the map

Details: I climbed up the horizontal bars (ladder) at this location (-123.4, 95.8, 8.2) and arrived on the top of the turret at this location (-126.3, 109.2, 7.1), then clicked I clicked the ladder to go back down and I dropped through the map and ended up in this location (-122.5, 58.4, 8.7 - shown in the pic below).

Note this issue happened on another ladder as well, but i did not have time to go back and get the coordinates. Maybe double check all the ladders.
