[Known] rough stone pavers attached to a lot

    Title: Can't move rough stone paver
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker?can't move the paver since it got attached to someones lot.
    Details: When I go to drag the stone paving to my backpack it tries to drag the whole house. This is not even my house. I am steward in this town and redoing the walkways of a part of Wizards Rest. Can you please detach this walkway from that house?
    Steps to Reproduce: logged and relogged. It is a continuous problem for this paver. I did not report immediately since I wasn't moving the paver anyway but I should have sorry.
