[Known] Screen Resolution Settings Still Not Persisting

    Title: Screen Resolution Settings Still Not Persisting

    Details: A few months ago, my main monitor died... I had a 40" 1080P monitor flanked by 2 24 inch monitors in Portrait orientation. When the main monitor died, the game booted on one of the 24 inch monitors, and evidently, at that point, the Video Settings were set and saved.
    Since then, after having replaced the central monitor with a 4K, the Portrait Orientation Video Settings have persisted. I have to change settings each time I boot the game. I've tried setting the video settings both prior to and after entering the game. They are not saved. See screenshots below.

    When I first boot up... Full Screen, Portrait Orientation:

    Here are the settings that it has latched onto and cannot be persuaded by any means I know of to change other than temporarily: (Full Screen, 1920x2160)

    Here is what I change them to every damn time I log in: (Windowed Mode, 3840x2160)

    Not the most critical bug, but frustrating.

    I can't seem to get it to change my full screen selection but I did just get it to change my resolution after I changed it.

    Similar issue here, happy to open a new report if that helps:

    My primary display is landscape, secondary is portrait. The game always launches on the secondary in portrait mode. Moving the primary display is ok but the only resolution options I am presented are portrait resolutions (y*x as opposed to x*y).
