    Title: Sever the Bonds.
    Reproduction Rate: ?
    Blocker? No.
    Details: After finding all the ghostly echoes, I received the task "Sever the Bonds". This task tells me to seek out Esmeralda's council. After doing so, I receive the XP for completing that part of the quest (and I get the "Courage Can be Fridgid" task) but it doesn't clear from my journal.
    Steps to Reproduce: See "Details".
