[Known] Shadow from pilgrim hat brim is displaced

    Title: Shadow from pilgrim hat brim is displaced.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: The shadow from the brim of the pilgrim hat is offset nearly to my chin.
    Steps to Reproduce: See the screenshot below.

    OS: Linux 4.10 Ubuntu 17.04 64bit
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor (16) System RAM: 32164
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1070/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 8192

    By design? Really? How can something so glaringly wrong be "by design"?

    BTW, a simple temporary solution to this would be to just turn off shadows for headgear.
