[Known] Shield of Attraction unrepairable

    Title: Shield of Attraction unrepairable
    Reproduction Rate: 100% I guess, I only have 1 to test
    Blocker? No
    Details: Release notes state artifacts will be unrepairable the normal way, but pre R47 will be unaffected until R48, I can't repair the Shield of Attraction I have had for a month or so.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try to repair shield on crafting table with COTO, Try to drag a Repair Kit on the shield while in inventory. I do get the message that "Artifacts cannot be repaired"
