[Known]Shield of Ice gives no Fire Resist

    1. Title: Shield of Ice gives no Fire Resist
    2. Reproduction Rate:100%
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details:Shield of Ice is only providing buffs for avoidance and water attunement - nothing for fire resist. This bug has carried over from release 47.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: generate stat log, cast buff, generate and confirm stat log

    This makes sense because I had Ice Shield, Douse and an Elemental Resist potion going while trying to use the Obsidian forge.

    I lost a good amount of health while it warmed up - a few seconds and kept getting kicked out of the crafting menu due to fire attacks.

    My Fire Proof is at 71 and Fire attunement is at 47 with no buffs.
