[Known] Shop window not hidden when chat initiated

    Title: Shop window not hidden when chat initiated

    Details: The release notes say "NPC Chat Window: Other UI windows are hidden when the NPC chat window is shown, and then restored when the NPC chat window is hidden" so I assume this is a bug, but it may be an exception.
    Steps to Reproduce: Chat to Jenna in Jaanaford
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.9 Fedora 24 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4) System RAM: 32100
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 6144
