[Known] Short Long Hedge can't go near edge of Golden Row Lot

    Title: Short Long Hedge can't go near edge of Golden Row Lot

    Details:
    As you can see the short medium hedge goes right up to the edge. The closer one in the picture, the short long hedge (bugged), has a large gap where it can't be anywhere near the edge. Rotated it 180 degrees to test the other side, same problem. Same problem on the other side of the house. I also tested a couch, it doesn't have the issue.

    I will test another row lot when I am in a different town.
    Steps to Reproduce:Try to place Short Long Hedge (crafted) near the edge of the Golden Row House out front, or maybe any row house.
