[Known] Show Equipped Tools option not showing tools when clicked

    Title: Show Equipped Tools option not showing tools when clicked
    Reproduction Rate: This time plus once in a previous release I think

    Details:I can't find the previous bug report but I did bug it before.

    The cog icon that reveals hidden tools isn't revealing them. More puzzling, I'm certain I didn't have them hidden. I think they disappeared when I tried to sell an equipped tool from my inventory, to a crafting vendor. It was broken, threw and error message "The Proposed exchange listed items that you no longer have... or cannot be sold.... ", and now everything is screwed up.

    Zoning and quitting to menu did not reveal them again, nor allow me to reveal them via the cog.

    Quitting fixed it, and trying to sell the item the same way didn't cause the bug this time, so:

    Steps to Reproduce: I don't know how to replicate.

    Title:Show Equipped tool is not working

    Details:i was trying to put a tool back in a chest and i could not see my equipped tools.
    Steps to Reproduce:so far every time i go too look for the tool it doesn't show up as equipped
