Details: After handing in quest item to Kobar I can only enter Shrekk solo.
Steps to Reproduce:

I entered Shrekk to find the K'rawl entrance. Once I found the entrance I explored K'rawl for a while and recalled back to Estgard. After selling my loot I went to Vanguard to finish Path of Courage quest and from there it sent me to an encampment and then onto Shrekk. This time when I entered Shrekk, it entered me in solo mode to complete the quest. I handed in the quest item to Kobar and it finished up the quest line and gave me my XP. Now everytime I try to enter Shrekk I can only enter in solo mode.

I also notice that now when I enter Shrekk, the Kolbold Guardian at the beginning of Shrekk will not take my quest item "Diplomatic Note for Kobar". I double click on the Kolbold Guardian and a chat box opens for me to give the guard the quest item. I put the "Diplomatic Note for Kobar" in the Kolbold Guardian window. I click "Give Items" and nothing happens. The Kolbold Guardian window doesn't close and just sits there like the button was never pressed.

I have this exact same issue. I have the right item on the right hand side, but it just won't recognize it. I restarted but had no luck. At the top it says he is looking not for 1, but for zero items (xO when it probably should say x1). Definitely bugged.

The problem is that you did not finish the quest. Though you got a reward from Korabar, you will need to follow his line of conversation, after which something will happen and you will eventually be teleported to Valhold to finish the Path of Courage quest.

You cannot do this without going through and seeing that event, thus why you cannot re-enter Skrekk in multiplayer mode until that is complete.

 

(The problem with Kobold Guards not recognizing the diplomatic note is another issue.)

 

I did the whole quest and what I can confirm is:
At the entrance you can't give the "Diplomatic Note for Kobar"to the guard. No way, the button can't be clicked.
On the other hand - and that's good - you can open the gate and go further to Kobar's house.

 

I cannot get Kobar to speak with me again. Anything I say to him his response is "Irrelevant.".

the same was it for me. I left and entered again his house. The "Sacrifice" came again. And at a while it worked.

Try to klick "more..." in the dialogue!

 

When I speak with Kobar I am showing only 3 options and they are "hello", "hello", and "Goodbye". There are no other options for me to select.

If a dev wants to hop on my account to look please feel free.

 

This was in my case in the dialogue with Grannus. I just tried again to speak to everyone. And at the end it worked.
