[Known] Shroud of the Avatar quest destroys logs

Completed the shroud of the avatar quest and have a nice shiny white shroud.
Journal has the following entries still in there relating to the quest:
Find the page of Deceit
Find the Page of Cruelty
Find the Page of Qualm
Find the Page of Narcisissm
Find the Page of Disgrace
Find the page of Pride
Find the Page of Malfeasance
Find the Xanthous Lens

Since I have the shroud obviously all these steps have been completed.

Cause discovered. I suspect you went to these scenes to collect the pages and lenses with a party member, and not solo? It looks as though if you're in a party and another player loots the containers before you, despite receiving the item needed to complete the quest, your task list will not update.

Returning to these scenes and relooting the chest (being the first to open it) should resolve these issues for you.
