[Known] Siege Scout not giving banner

    Title: Siege Scout not giving banner

    Details: Did this quest long ago. Can't do it again. Said hello and everything else I could think of to both scouts on both ends of a siege, nothing, no response or acknowledgement or banner giving of any kind.

    Have you tried saying "cabalist" to a siege scout? That's the important keyword which should get your your reward (assuming you haven't collected it yet). Also, any siege scout will do, it doesn't matter which siege or which side of the siege scene they're on.

    I tried this as of the test build last night. The scout responds with something like "Because of your reputation for defeating cabalist all of us wanted to give you this reward", but then he doesn't give you anything.

    It might (or might not) be worth noting that when I first completed the siege quest was back in the early days of sieges and I probably didn't kill a cabalist. I probably only killed a lich. I have killed tons of cabalist since then, but my original quest completion was probably just for ending a siege with no cabalist.

    Ah, I didn't try saying cabalist specifically I said hello like the patch notes said, and failing that, clicked through all the dialogue options again. I'll hit up another siege and report...

    We've just tried clearing a siege and talking to the scout after the cabalist is defeated, same thing...

    Party member who had never done quest was able to get banner.
    Party members who had done previously could not.

    For purposes of this quest, a lich leading a siege counts the same as a cabalist.

    The fix is in, but I don't know which update it will be in. When the fix is live, players who already finished the quest but didn't get a banner yet will be able to say "cabalist" or "banner" to get the banner.

    Just want to add my name to the list of those having same problem. Sounds like it'll make next patch or so.

    After saying "cabalist," the Scout says "Because of your reputation for defeating...we scouts want you to have this special gift." But no gift is given.
