[Known]Skeleton mobs become unlootable

    Title: Skeleton mobs become unlootable
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details:
    (Updated with info from many others in this thread below, and additional testing - thank you)

    Certain Skeleton (and Lich) mobs become unlootable under the following conditions:
    - if you loot the skeleton mob when the mouse cursor over them is blue, they are not lootable, and become stuck in this unlootable state. They show as 0 health.
    - if you wait (sometimes up to 1-2 minutes), the cursor eventually turns green. The skeleton mob is now lootable as normal.

    Observed with Large Skeleton, Hardened Skeleton Mage, Hardened Skeleton Footmen Hardened Skeleton Archer.

    Undead mobs in underground scenes (such as Elysium Mines) seem to be exhibit this behavior in higher frequency than outdoor scenes.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Go to Elysium Mines and kill Hardened Skeleton Archer or Hardened Skeleton Footmen
    (100% of skeleton mobs in Elysium Mines seem to exhibit this behavior, whereas it seems to be a lower percentage outdoors, etc.)

    2) Mouse over the Hardened Skeleton Archer corpse #1
    3) Observe blue cursor
    4) Attempt to loot Hardened Skeleton Archer corpse #1 - unable to do so. The cursor now turns green, and it remains in this unlootable state.
    5) Kill another Hardened Skeleton Archer #2
    6) Mouse over the Hardended Skeleton Archer corpse #2
    7) Observe blue cursor
    8) Wait until cursor turns green
    9) Attempt to loot Hardened Skeleton Archer corpse #2 - now able to do so

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3930K CPU @ 3.20GHz (12) System RAM: 32686
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4059
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.620.Date.06.30.17

    I posted about this last night as well. Try killing one and looking at your reticle. Is it blue? If yes press 'e' to loot, you can not loot. Now kill one wait a minute or 2 and you should not get a blue reticle(still testing this) and can loot as normal

    I am having this problem also about 1/2 of the Skeletons/Zombies/Liches I kill in Northern Grunvald Barrens are UnLootable

    Logged out then in then could loot old ones but problem persists

    Same with Spectral Mines. More like 2 out of 5 are unlootable

    Same in Kingsport Sewers, about 4-5 out of 10 skeletons/Liche are unlootable

    Guess I'm not the only one having this problem.

    I've seen this with the skeletons in the Plains encounters and Vauban Pass

    This also can happen in Sequanna Colossus.

    AFAIK
    after killing enemys the cursor goes blue on their corpse - don't click it to try to loot, because after clicking with a blue cursor the corpse is unlootable (even with green cursor later on!)
    only loot after the cursor got green (can take a couple of minutes to do so but then you can loot them)

    so the bug here is:
    - in R42 you could loot with green cursor and blue cursor,
    - in R43 - now - looting with blue cursor renders the corpse unlootable
